My October food diary

Sorry Mumsnet, this isn't going to make interesting reading! I just want to use the forum as an online diary so that I'm sort of 'held accountable' for what I'm eating. I've lost a couple of stone already this year but I'm still about a stone overweight. My initial target is to be 10 stone by 1st November. I'm 10.7 at the moment. I'm hoping to get by with less than 1400 cals a day.

1st October -

Lunch: Cottage cheese - 150
Sweetcorn - 50
Red pepper - 50
Flat bread - 100
Plum - 50
Cake bar - 100

Snack: Gherkins - 50

Dinner: Falafel - 200
Houmous - 150
Celery - negligible
Flat bread - 100
Starwberries - 50
Cake bar x 2 - 200
Yoghurt - 50

Total: 1300

Just one dog walk today, around 50 minutes

I've had no exercise AGAIN today!! I haven't really sat down all day though, been tearing round cleaning and organising. Now lockdown's over real life has stepped in, and there's just no time or energy left for workouts!

Dinner: Pea and mushroom risotto - 600

Total: 1200

I am so full I could literally explode! Weighed myself earlier and I'm still 10.4, so only lost 3lbs all month! It's not surprising really what with how little exercise I've had (although I had another 40 mins in the sea this am!) but I am a bit disappointed. Oh well, another 10 days to go.
