Had a lovely walk with friends today. Got home and had a run, 6k.
Food wise good, omelette with mushrooms and tomatoes and cheese for breakfast, fruit and yoghurt for lunch, massive dinner of a sort of Lebanese chicken and lamb dish, a crunchie for pudding. Nice.
Made pea and ham soup for lunches this week. I'm work 3 days this week, kids back to school/nursery - bit strange.
