I weigh in at 12 was then meeting a friend and had planned to relax a bit for our lunch However she sadly has had a bereavement in the family and has to be with her mum tomorrow afternoon so we are meeting for breakfast instead!!!
How much damage will a cup of coffee and granola or some such breakfast thing make to my weigh in ? I have been 100% on plan all week and lost 6lb on my scales.
Argh. I don’t want to just have coffee but is that what I am going to have to do?
