The less obvious the better! I'll start.

I can fit more items of clothing on the washing line.

Tights and knickers don't roll down

I don't have terrible wind from all the shit I used to eat

You save money by eating less food than before

I can cut my toenails without going red in the face and gasping for breath!

Yes, less money on junk food/ alcohol/ takeaways means more money for clothes, jewellery and makeup- now that I actually look good and feel amazing.

Feet and joints won't be so painful if they're not carrying an overweight body everyday.

The sum total of my dress size remains in infancy.

Less likely to have a heart attack

You don't dread group photos

Reduced risk of all kinds of cancer.

Yay yay to being able cut your toenails without giving yourself a heimlich (sp) and don't cover the whole bed in eliminated possible outfits trying to desperately find the one that makes you look a size 10 again

Less stress incontinence because less pressure on compromised pelvic floor.

You can shave your bikini line without having to lift your stomach out the way. N.b. This is my weight loss target measure

Getting into my old clothes. Knowing there is stuff in the wardrobe that fits, won't take ages to get dressed!
