SLIMMING WORLD 2007 - THREAD 2 - NEW THREAD, NEW WEEK, FRESH START

Can I start a new thread? Hope you don't mind.
Just had a really bad weight gain at group tonight and need a fresh start. Thought a fresh new thread would help.
After a 6lb weight loss last weeek have just had a bad weigh in with a gain of 3 1/2lb. .
So tomorrow is a new day, start of a new week and I am going to work hard at it!!!
Who wants to join me for a good week ahead?

Summer is on it's way and we are all going to look good!

I have one fridge magnet & a club 10 certificate, I can't remember what it says on the magnet & can't be bothered dragging my hips to the kitchen!!

I got sash for Miss Slinky 2006. 4 and a half stone away from target.

All down to my James Bond Dress - the true deserver is my friend at SW and she missed out by one vote. She is so close to target and looks amazing.

Had the 007 dress taken in on the shoulders, at the sides, boobies, and tummy. Amazing feeling

  • I knew I'd lost something. Tried on a pair of trousers yesterday and got into a smaller size. Very nice feeling.

The trouser thing is great, isn't it?! I can't wait to be a smaller size. One size is too big, but the next size down is a teeny bit tight. Won't be long!!

Yeah BAHB!! I bought a pair of 14 trousers a few weeks ago in Next. They are loose on me now, yet a pair of 14's I bought in Asda about 6 months ago won't even go over my ample hips!!

((Oh BTW, if anyone is interested I have a pair of size 16 Next baggy jeans for sale. They cost me £30 but will accept £8 plus whatever the postage would be for a pair of jeans! Would be cheaper than buying a new pair to be grown out of soon!!!!!!))

[No worries if no-one is interested, will stick them on Ebay ]

just had kebab and chips and a glass of wine. Drank all the wine . Only managed half the food - didn't enjoy it very much to be honest. Hopefully I'm transformed in a healthy eating freak now. Will never go off chocolate though.

I just had a HiFi bar & some pineapple

Granny give me a pineapple peeler thing today!! She also told me to take the pineapple out of the fruitbowl home with me as she couldn't get the damn thing to work...

Turned out she was trying to core a coconut

James Bond dress was dress I bought 5 months after dd. Its one of those Sex and the city ones in Debenhams. Ribbon round the waist etc.

I wore it to the Charity Regional Premiere for Casino Royale.

Let's just say the class thought I scrubbed up well.

I am wearing it this Sat so will get a pic taken and post on profile from Monday.

Smaller clothes are great. I have gone from a 22 to a 16/18.

I should upload these and see if anyone on SW wants them FFP.

Think I will have my hi fi bar and cup of tea, and then bed. I didn't get much sleep last night....... 2am I think. DD woke at 5.45am silly me.

So if I get to midnight and still here, beat me with curly wurlys, i mean sticks.
