I'm starting this because women who are 10 stone and more overweight have nothing in common with "regular" dieters who just want to lose a few pounds or a couple of stone. They can still carry on living life even if they don't lose weight.
I don't know if there are any super heavy women on Mumsnet. I am prompted to post this mainly because I have found a way to eat that actually works and is sustainable.
Surprisingly, it is plain old calorie counting. Also, ironically, because after reading Zoe Harcombe and Gary Taubes I no longer believe in calorie theory. But hey, if it works, just carry on.
I'll wait and see if there are any other women with 10stone+ to lose.
