Wow Jemmi good for you! You sound very clued up which is why I asked to message you (I will soon, when my head's together so I can make myself clear, I'm very tired).

I'm cheating a bit there because I don't actually own a pair of scales. The last time I weighed myself, about a month ago, I was 176lbs (BMI 25.4.). 1lb for every cm!

So Pilates was good. I had my first Aerobics class on Monday (previously cancelled due to sickness); it's the same instructor as LBT so she pushes you, but I enjoyed it! I prefer LBT even though it's hellish at times, but I'm going to keep up all three classes, and now I've got myself an iPod I'll try going to the gym for some solo sessions, esp. using weights (which is what I was going to message you about, Jemmi). I'm considering C25K as well, does anyone have any experience?
