I am at the heaviest ever in my life, so have invented my own no crap diet 
started last week at 13st 10
lost 4 lbs this week so now 13 6
I also started the gym yesterday - oh my word, did a spin class, zumba today and plan another spin tomorrow [completely bonkers]
I'll read the whole thread in a bit so I know whats what etc
