Tits how heavy were you? Did you have much retention? What are you wearing when weighing yourself?

Titsalinabumsquash · 08/01/2013 19:38

Good day food wise ( slimming world red day)

Yoghurt, apple for breakfast
2 x toast with cheese spread and a handful of cherry tomatoes for lunch
Chicken breast cooked in soy/balsamic vintager and honey with cabbage and carrots for dinner.

Alpen light bar/ banana for snacks Smile

Titsalinabumsquash · 08/01/2013 19:39

Wow tits! I'd love to be 10st4!! Well done

Titsalinabumsquash · 08/01/2013 20:30

H...... I am so glad I'm not the only one with giant norks, sadly mine were wrecked after DS2 now DS3 is just chomping on the wreckage! Lol

YellowWellies · 08/01/2013 20:46

I'm H cup too - I was a C!

pikz · 08/01/2013 20:57

Nappy I fainted too!! I was a F and now a H going to a J when left for hours. They are going to be a wreckage after L and I dread to think if I have another!!

Iheartpasties · 08/01/2013 21:24

I used my new slow cooker yesterday, so tea was reasonably healthy. The dish wasn't as tasty as I'd hoped. I'm hoping I get better with the slow cooker!

NappyHappy · 08/01/2013 21:25

Have you ever dropped them on someone's head? I think mine are a DD/E and they are currently keeping my armpits warm.

Wink weigh each tit and deduct that off your weight, surely there must be a weigh in exception for the blessed of chest? Wink Wink

NappyHappy · 08/01/2013 21:27

I heart, try a full chicken in the slow cooker. Leave it in for about 5 hours and its lush. If you like your skin crispy shove it in t'oven for a bit after its been in there. Then make the juices into gravy Grin tastes like KFC gravy Wink

TheTiger · 08/01/2013 21:39

Ok day today.

Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: rice cakes and fruit
Dinner: 1/2 pizza

Had a 2.5 mile walk with DS in his pram too, lots of hills to walk up!
Is anyone else using MyFitnessPal?

Titsalinabumsquash · 08/01/2013 22:04

Any meat in the slow cooker is ace! We've had a gammon joint, 2 large pork shoulders and a lamb shoulder in ours in the last month alone! :D

We put them on when J is up in the Night on low, just the joint no added ingredients, it's ready to 'pull' or shred the next day, then we use it or curries, sweet and sour or for sandwiches or to go with salads. :)

YellowWellies · 08/01/2013 22:07

Do you add liquid? How long do you cook them for Tits. I LOVE my slow cooker.

YellowWellies · 08/01/2013 22:08

Nappy foolproof instructions for slow cooker chicken pretty pretty please. I LOVE KFC gravy but can't have it as it has soy traces. Feckers.

NappyHappy · 08/01/2013 22:25

Yellow - non. Just put chicken in, no fluid as when cooking it'll baste in its own. For the gravy boil the liquid and add cornflour and black pepper. Fattening but fit!!

I'm using MFP its excellent. Don't have any pals on it! Loner I am Wink

Ooh, the Pork and Lamb sound very, very nice. Just add meat?

Titsalinabumsquash · 08/01/2013 22:34

I don't add liquid to mine no, I have a giant crock pot and cooked a 3kg pork shoulder (bone in) for 10hrs on low, when it came out the juices from the pork were covering the meat almost completely so you really don't need fluid added. It's the same for any meat that benefits from slow cooking. Smile

NappyHappy · 08/01/2013 22:51

I think I have just done a love wee. That sounds so good. Like something off Man V Food.

Slow cooker chicken tomorrow with roast tat ties cooked in Actifry and steamed veg.

INeedThatForkOff · 08/01/2013 23:08

I've done 18k steps today! That included a 4ish mile walk, dancing with DD and pacing back and forth to get DS to sleep. Maybe say 16k to allow for inaccuracies.

Sophiathesnowfairy · 08/01/2013 23:43

Can someone recommend a good, and big enough slow cooker?

utopian99 · 09/01/2013 00:28

I'm on mfp. This talk of slow cooker meat is amazing! Interested how much a good one costs...

Today:
3 slices toast w lemon curd
Picnic salad lunch
Piece of lebekuchen
Half pizza
Half a dozen spoons donated by dh from his Ben&jerrys Hmm

Exercise plan foiled by rain, damnit

GoatBongosAnonymous · 09/01/2013 00:47

I too am on mfp.
Waiting for norks to deflate after stopping bfing. May be waiting some time. DH happier about this than I am.
Need an alternative to the glass of wine that is currently getting me through the evening screaming marathon.
I want a slow cooker Envy

kirrinIsland · 09/01/2013 06:24

I'm on mfp - though I can forget about it for days on end and if I have a bad day I just don't fill it in

Today was ok, but I really need to work on portion size.

I'm still a b cup, so I don't have that excuse for any extra weight. They still seem to be managing to hang somewhere around my knees though Blush
