Post and boast on this thread and update your weight on the spreadheet.

I'm looking for new recruits for the spreadsheet. I've noticed the following new names on the chat thread: HairyMaclary, 2bayumimum, Manvsfood, scrablet, TinTinsSexySister, studyingstudying, notcutoutforthis, LittleFrieda, JaxTellerIsMyFriend - please post your weights (or starting index of 100) if you wish to be added to the spreadsheet. Everyone welcome.

I do know that I allow them to affect me and have spent a lot of time in therapy trying to come to terms with it. I actually feel worse Bout it today as I really thought I had worked through most if the issues but obviously not Sad. Oh well I have another month before I see them again and an going to retread the relevant chapters in IPD tonight to focus me again. Have drunk 1.5l of water so far this morning and an going to nip to Aldi at lunch to see what delights I can find there

Don't be too hard on yourself, Sharon. These things take years to create, you won't be able to just change things overnight.

Ilovemyteddy · 06/06/2012 12:35

Well done on the Weightloss Sharon and Puffy.

Sharon - you are wise to revisit the IPD book. India's thoughts about the emotional side of eating really resonated with me when I first read it - she gets it, doesn't she?

I managed to be almost supergood at my friends' Jubilee Lunch yesterday, even though they got a bit flustered when I announced that I am LC-ing. I had one glass of Bolly (lovely) and a teeny piece of Victoria sponge made by my god-daughter and am 0.5lb heavier this morning, so I think I got off lightly Grin

Am going to start again(again!) tomorrow, will wat till nxt Mon to weigh myself again tho or will get dispirited...

Thank you Fiddle!

Hello. Could you please add me to the spreadsheet?

Was 73kg on 22 Feb at 6 weeks after giving birth. I've been on a relaxed boot camp light with daily square of choc as breast feeding but now down to 65.7kg

4 inches off hips & off waist. Stomach flat again, bmi almost normal and pre pregnancy clothes either fit or slightly baggy.

I'm amazed at how much better I feel on this woe and I'm certainly eating more healthily without carbs. Although I must confess to occ wine and good quality panacotta or choc mousse.

I ate small amount of spaghetti at weekend and didn't enjoy it. It gave me tummy ache

Hi AngieAir, welcome aboard. You've done fantastically well so far, I'm impressed at your dedication starting so soon after giving birth. Six weeks post-natal I was a milky, sleepless mess and dieting couldn't be further from my mind!

Do you have a record of your weight loss? We only started Bootcamp (and hence the spreadsheet) on 16 April. If so, I'll add your name and sort the formulas out, and all you have to do is add your weight each week for each date from 16 April.

There's also a Conversion tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet to help with the calculations from kg to lbs.

No I haven't kept a record Fiddle so I'll just start from now please especially as I expect weight loss will be slow now. Still plenty fat to come off though. I have jeans of truth from 2006 to fit into!

I still am a milky sleep deprived mess but feeling better than when i was stuffing myself with croissants
