OMG! I lost 4lb this week- cant believe it. It's means I have lost 13lbs in 3 weeks

I've found this week harder as I've been jumping on my manual scales at home( everyday) and its not really budged, so well pleased.

Roll on another week......

Who is doing the cambridge, sole source diet?

At the moment it just seems to be me! Anyone care to join?

I'm still here, not managing 100% though . But on course to be two pounds down this week I think.

Ishall what's happening? I'm also struggling too! But keep thinking my last weigh in will be on Halloween, I hope :)

crisp cravings is what's happening . Plus a couple of days out where it was simpler to have a meal rather than faff with shakes (I really miss the Cambridge tetras which were ideal for those situations), and I was waiting for my next order which had bars in it. My own fault for not being organised though.

Have the tetras been discontinued?

I'm not doing Cambridge this time round, but I know the prove of them went rocketing up compared to the shakes.

Lost 2lb I know I should be happy....but wish I had lost more! So that's 15lb in 4 weeks. Another stone to go!

Hi all I am new to this sight and I hope you don't mind me joining this thread!

I started Cambridge sole source on 14th september...had my first weigh in last Friday and lost 11lbs in first week!! So chuffed can't wait for second weigh in on fri! I'm loving it and sticking to just shakes made with ice in the blender and 3 litres of water. Have dress fitting for my wedding in 9 weeks and hoping to get 2 more stone off by then! Hello!!!

Day 2 of CD SS here. Feeling good so far!! I have started and restarted this twice now, but this is the best I've felt on day 2. Ideally I want to lose 3 stone although I'll be happy with 2 for now!!! I don't get weighed till next Tuesday so I'm hoping for a big loss!
