Pretty - I love Boden children's' stuff! My two are Hmm now about it, although DS always loves their long swim shorts for holidays. i think I might have single handedly kept that company afloat when mine were little and when I could dress them in stuff of my choosing!

I still love their stuff - I have a very nice coat that I have worn all winter, and their blazers are always good for work stuff.

Bebe - I love both dresses in that pic! Lovely summer dresses for a lovely summer wedding.

Blondes - hope you have had a great WA weekend.

Laughalot - although you wanted to eat and eat, did you? I didn't give in to it but really wanted to. I even found an Christmas pudding ( still well in date) in my larder and was going to eat that, but I shall send it to Japan as you can't get them there and DB will be very happy! My refugees have now gone to stay with her friend for a couple of days, so as DD says, happily she can leave the loo door open again!

Trimmer - lovely nosh - I might pop over in a mo!

Just been running. I hadn't been for a week plus because last time I went my knee really really twanged and hurt, I ended up walking a long way home. Bugger, so I've been rather wary. I thought to wait and so tonight I did half a run, so about 2.5K. It didn't actually hurt but blimeee it's aching now, but that is fine. I shall build back up to being a more speedy Gonzalez Grin I felt really out of condition/practice though and I'd only gone for nearly 20 mins! Aah well, the best thing was it didn't hurt.

Blondeshavemorefun · 27/03/2011 20:54

well done for running piste

'waves' to laughalot

had yummy lamb shank and buttery mas potato, which was so good - havnt had better in years - and then carrots/cabbage and green beans - so semi healthy

diet will re start tomorrow, def eaten all my extra 49 points this weekend tho have sexercised them off Grin

bebejones · 27/03/2011 21:05

Happy WA Blondes!

I also love the Boden children's stuff. I bought alot for DD in the sale for next autumn/winter! She's only diddy so I bought 2-3 & it is currently HUGE on her even though she will be 3 in just over 4months!

Well, I have been asked to read at my friends wedding! :o I am thrilled, but now I definitely have to look good! (DH has said I can have the Boden dress but not til he gets paid next month which is fair enough.) Reading is going to be a tough one, it's the reading that we had at my Dad's funeral. :( Shall endeavour not to blub my way through it!

Well done on the running Piste. Best to ease yourself back into it! :)

Blondeshavemorefun · 27/03/2011 21:18

hi
would like some help/encouragment and talk to people in similar situation.
have started attending WW again - now 12.8 ( the heaviest I have ever been- really feel down about it - ) ideal weight is 11
Had Special K for Breakfast ,an apple some grapes and a buiscit with my coffee - this is my day off so since I am home food is always available and feel hungry already - will go to my exercise class later this afternoon which I find more and more difficult since I have the extra stone to carry. I feel awful .
x

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/03/2011 11:52

welcome saffy well done for doing something about your weight :) stick with us and you will get there :)

laughalot · 28/03/2011 13:28

Hi saffy you are in the right frame of mind though so im sure it will soon be gone xxx

prettybird · 28/03/2011 13:29

Need to be thinking fast about a new thread - this one is nearly full Shock

Any ideas for a new thread title? I'm not feeling inspired!

BTW: Welcome saffy. I was also shocked when I went over 13 stone (normal weight range mid 10 stone) - managed to get back to under 12 stone and was progressing nicely untiel a family breavement and have slipped back to over 12 sotne. I am trying desprateyl to gget bck under 12 stone in time for my 50th birthay - but as it is next week Shock I am not sure whether I will make it :(

Welcome Saffy Smile stick with us and we'll get there. Are you on 29 pp per day?

Bebe glad you will get the dress, reading at a friend's wedding is a lovely thing to do, I had a civil ceremony and a friend read at mine, she did it beautifully.

Pretty we will get there, I too have gone over 12 stone again Sad How is the shred going?

Laughalot Ikwym about being in the right frame of mind.

Blondes thanks for comments about house.

RatherBeOnThePiste · 28/03/2011 14:38

Hello slinky chums and welcome Saffy - stay with us and you will be successful!

What about
2011 Weight Loss Club: Slinking Sveltely towards Summer
or
2011 Weight Loss Club: Slinkies Striving for a Sylphlike Summer

You know me and alliteration!!
Going off to eat a small child now.

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/03/2011 14:43

piste you do like your s's lol

Slinking Sveltely towards Summer does it for me- as long as we have our slinkies in the title :)

saffy 2lbs a week sounds easy, though we have found there are weeks awith 1lb loss then the odd gain Blush so dont over do it

had 4 rivitta, 50g chicken roll 1, 50g low fat humous 2 and pear/kiwi so a 7pp lunch

RatherBeOnThePiste · 28/03/2011 14:48

I don't know why I like my S, I think its cos I get carried away with the slinky bit!

2011 Weight Loss Club: Wannabe willowy waifs waiting for warm weather

I did that to prove I'm not just a one trick ( letter S ) pony!

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/03/2011 14:49

give us a p bob piste

RatherBeOnThePiste · 28/03/2011 14:51

2011 Weight Loss Club: Lovely lissome ladies loitering for lazy leave

That didn't go so well, by leave I mean holidays.

You see, S just is a cut above the rest

RatherBeOnThePiste · 28/03/2011 14:52

I think tbh my vote would go with the S ones

2011 Weight Loss Club: Slinking Sveltely towards Summer
or
2011 Weight Loss Club: Slinkies Striving for a Sylphlike Summer

But Pretty's good at this - she'll come up with something.

Must go and be grown up now.

RatherBeOnThePiste · 28/03/2011 14:53

O God, just saw the p challenge, gimme a mo

RatherBeOnThePiste · 28/03/2011 15:03
