Did my training for my census form collector job, we did role play etc, have lots of stuff to read up, should earn some money for summer.

I have another app form to fill in tomorrow for voluntary work at a local 6th form college, something else I want to try, working with young special needs 16 to 19.

Bebe I remember going through pt with ds, he did it in his pants, she will do it before pre-school I'm sure.

We are off to see yet another house this evening, this one is south facing garden but not as good a house as the other one!

Bebe - help!! This is so much your thing. DD has to enter a craft competition and the category that she is keen to do is 3 small decorated cakes ( fairy cake size ) the theme is the royal wedding. Any ideas?! Her talents do not lie in crafty things. We would probs use roll out White icing.

Hmmmmm could you maybe make a crowns & hearts out of icing to decorate the top of the cakes? Or make wedding outfits on the cakes like this? These are also quite good here
Also I have seen it on big cakes, but you could do something like this if you could find a small enough doll to stick in it & just ice buttercream on like this to create a wedding dress?

With using fondant you can roll it out and cut it in a circle to fit ontop of the cake, stick with a little buttercream or glace icing to give a nice smooth base to work on.

The sun is shining and my lovely SIL and gorgeous pickle pants nephews are airborne away from radiated Tokyo! My bro isn't coming as they couldn't afford it - it's the most expensive route I swear but he needs to work. I'm not so worried about him, he will happily fend for himself. They are having to do an indirect and lengthy trip via Helsinki and won't actually srrive at heathrow until Late this evening. But they are en route!

I don't have a goal GT. I wish I did. We are going on holiday in August but that is just us. No weddings this year. I think everyone had done that!

I have stuff to aim for. Friends hen do on the 16th April, and then wedding on the 18th June. I'd like to be 10st by the wedding in June. But won't achieve it if I keep being bad! Also have another wedding on 29th July, so would like to maintin the June weight or get to 10st by then if I don't make it by June IYSWIM?
