I WILL NOT be eating the Red Velvet Cupcakes I just made Hmm

Blondeshavemorefun · 14/02/2011 12:55

you just love cooking bebe

im eating a very healthy tuna salad so can enjoy tonight

bebejones · 14/02/2011 13:01

I made them for DH with DDs help. She reminded me I said she could make cakes today!! How on earth she remembered I'll never know! Quite proud of them!

I just had 1/3 pack of hula hoops (DD had rest with her sandwich for lunch) Made some Root Veg soup for dinner, DH & DD are having sausage casserole. I might too instead of soup, haven't made my mind up yet!!

Blondeshavemorefun · 14/02/2011 13:11

sausage casserole is low and healthy - treat yourself - it is vd :)

GettinTrimmer · 14/02/2011 13:20

Afternoon all Smile

I haven't weighed in today Blush leaving it till Friday, I missed my chance as stayed in bed just a little bit longer as dd had school lunch and dh was in the bathroom.

Doing well so far, scrambled egg on toast for breakfast. Ryvitas for lunch.

Blondeshavemorefun · 14/02/2011 13:37

so you are cheating sneaky Wink leaving it 2 weeks trimmer lol

i love fried eggs

bebejones · 14/02/2011 14:01

Casserole does smell good, has loads of veggies in it too! So you have twisted my arm Blondes!

Mmmmmmm LOVE scrambled egg! Lucky you!

RatherBeOnThePiste · 14/02/2011 14:06

We call fried eggs, flat eggs in our family by the way.

Veggie soup for lunch.

I am trying not to leave it so long before I eat at lunchtime as I think this is part of my problem. I often pop on here on my phone when I am having lunch and it is often 2.30 - 4pm, it's early for me today at 2pm, although I haven't eaten yet. So I've actually failed again Sad

Usually I have a yogurt and a banana and a fair few Brew at about 7am, then by the time I get to eat again I am so starving I will often want to eat a small child. Then of course I am not hungry in the evening when my DC eat, then often I just can't be arsed. Its not right is t?!

I was on a really boring course on Friday and we stopped for lunch at 12.30, so I had it then, and was hungry in the evening. Quite a revelation really!

Blondeshavemorefun · 14/02/2011 14:57

piste agree that is your problem - how can you not eat till then? i would starve!!

so eat breakie 7/8 lunch 12/1 and tea 6/7/8 and snack on fruit inbewteen

Smalline · 14/02/2011 14:59

I'm tucking into yummy roast dinner soup at the moment.

Blondeshavemorefun · 14/02/2011 15:00

roast dinner soup?

cicken and veg?

programme did say that soup fills you up more :)

Smalline · 14/02/2011 15:07

Gammon, roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding, veg & gravySmile

RatherBeOnThePiste · 14/02/2011 17:22

Blondes - easier said than done really. It was 3 in the end and yes the danger is that I am starving
I need to try harder
< Piste gives herself a C+ >
< Then changes that to a C- >

Would like that soup if it didn't have the gammon in it. I like most things but really not pork stuff. [judder]

smokinaces · 14/02/2011 18:00

howdidoodi!

2lb off here. reckon its 2.5 as it nearly flickered, but 2lb, taking me to 11st 8 Grin would have liked 11st 7, but am happy none the less - havent had a loss under 2lb so far since Jan 4th. Cant find the register though as in a rush - help anyone?!!

stuffed mushrooms for tea with an egg white omlette. starving here! going back on the stepper tonight in front of biggest loser - apparantly Ange has been chucked out giving the blacks no trainer for a fortnight? wonder if they'll let them join the Blues?

GettinTrimmer · 14/02/2011 18:30

well done smokin Smile

I've had veggie chilli with brown rice for tea, made with quorn.

I'm much the same as Blondes with eating times, although eat with dc at 5pm (really early!). This is probably why I get the evening munchies.

piste/Smalline A bit off topic here, but went in volunteering today, I am with a year 3/4 class (all my experience is with reception/year 1). Do you have any links to websites, etc, for games and activities for wet play, keeping them in their seats for 5 minutes before the teacher comes etc.

Well done Smokin!
GT - I will have a think. I know there are resource books exactly for this for KS1&2. Being prepared is key, you have stuff to hand.

Had my yogurt and Narnar at 7.20am.

Wonder how Pretty is doing?

Am trying to eat earlier but it's 2.30 nearly. Had two small pears and a satsuma this morning. Having veggie soup plus two pieces of toast now.

Running later and it's soooooo grey and drizzly I will want to put my jim jams on [sigh]

prettybird · 15/02/2011 14:25

I'm OK - thanks for thinking about me :)

Dh is up and down, which is to be expected. Funeral is on Thursday.

Tried on my dress again yesterday - it is not gaping quite as much, but it is still gaping Hmm Still, 10 days to go Grin

Went running twice last week (2 miles each time) and did the Shred 6 times over the week. However, I didn't do the Shred yesterday, so I have some catching up to do.

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 15/02/2011 14:28
