I couldn't either, ever! Can do the first set on my knees now and a few in the second set (can even do a couple of 'real' ones!) so a definate improvement! I just used tins of beans for the first couple of times Grin

Bad day today, lil one ill so couldnt get to shops and all i had in was a frozen pizza and some pasta, so opted for the pizza and just logged it and it was 900 cals! arghhh!
Worst thing is, i dont even like pizza!! but i was so ungry after not eating all day that i just had to have something, oh well, theres always tomorrow!

its always the kids who lkead us in the wrong direction lol,
well despite my mcdonalds i weighed myself this morning and have lost another 2lbs :) so am very happy,have been giving the exercise bike a little go,5 mins a day,which is nearly killing me,but am getting a little further each time,think we will take the dog a wee walk later and get some fresh air lol!

lol well i have given up with food logging,was getting fed up with not being able to find the things i eat,its a shame you cant jst log a certain amount of calories and a description beside it,you have to log all the nutritional values!

well done not too bad today,actually walked the dog,and was nice to get out,so must keep it up!

lol dont get a lazy dog like mine then,we live in the country and have a big garden,he usually runs around with the kids in the garden so doesnt get a 'proper' walk,but i am going to get him used to a lead,and get us both fit!!

am discovering a weakness for wotsits though!!

Had a particularly unhealthy evening last night, ate through pretty much a full big bag of doritos Blush but still managed to stay within food focus intake Smile
Decided to weigh in, couple of days early but what the hell... and i've put 3lb on Shock, ok so i'm wearing jeans when i usually have lighter clothes on but still!!!
def swapping to fitness pal now!!
Plus, Blush there r some forms of exercise that def aint on the list...ummm..ummm...

Bikes are definitely not good for bad backs, esp. if you're using a bike that doesn't really fit, as most of us do.
