Restarting monjaro at 5mg?

I’m looking to get back on Mounjaro; I stopped last year at 7.5mg and want to restart at 5mg.

Do you know which company or pharmacy is most likely to let me start at 5mg instead of 2.5mg?

Also considering reduced clicks per week to get most out of each pen, as they are soooo expensive esp the higher doses. So in the end it covers 8 weeks instead of 4 - anyone tried this ?

None. You will need to restart at 2.5 for the first month, then move up to 5. You could just double up the dose for the 1st pen if you wanted to do 5mg though.

You’ll have to start at 2.5mg and work your way up. I use 5mg pens to last 8 weeks but you’ll take a while to get to a 10mg pen.

Are you still obese with a bmi over 27 or did you lose a lot of weight on MJ and start to regain again after stopping?

Even at my lowest on MJ, I was still obese, but I had to stop because of IVF. Since then, I've gained about 8kg over the years.
