Feel like I’ve been steamrollered

I’ve increased my dose of mounjaro from 4mg to 4.5 this week on Tuesday night and have been titrating up since starting a few months back very slowly. All other GI side effects have settled but I feel like I have been hit by a bus since last night. Well in myself but every single muscle and joint aches. Although weirdly, I get some relief from stretching. Has anyone else had something similar? Now I think about it, I’ve felt a little bit achy in my legs and feet for a couple of weeks, since I moved from 3.75 to 4mg, but this is a whole other kettle of fish.

I had very achey joints and thigh muscles yes. Especially knees and deep in my hips. It went away eventually when my weight stabilised. Knees still crack like mad though 😂

I felt like this going up to 5mg . I had to take a day off work because I couldn’t get out of bed except to be sick. Lasted 2-3 days before I felt ok again.

Ive started doing 3mg and 1mg a few days apart
now.

Ooooh. I’ve not considered split dosing. I woke up today and thought maybe I’ll just drop back to 4mg next week and work on my willpower, because id rather do that than feel like utter crap. But the split dosing is a good idea!

i think mine will always crack, I could be a waif and I’d be crick cracking up the stairs!
