I know constipation is a common side-effect. Have been on mounjaro for 6/7 weeks. It's having the desired effect on my appetite, but I haven't pooed for about 10 days.
I've always tended towards constipation, and I always 'go' eventually. But I'm a bit worried about this - prunes, lactulose and even an over-the-counter enema have had no effect. I'm feeling fine - no pain or bloating.
Anyone got any advice? Would obvs prefer not to have to try to pin down my GP (hard to get appointments) - especially as it's about to be the weekend. Anything I can do to fix it myself?
