Onset of side effects after several months

Hi
I have been on MJ since late March, and am now nearing target weight. I had a BMI of 27 with high cholesterol. Now BMI of 23.5.
I have always been on MJ 2.5mg as never felt need to move up. I’ve had some weeks off due to illness or holidays, and sometimes I have stretched the injections to ten days or so just because I travel with work.
The last three doses of MJ have made me feel so nauseated, and I’ve had a bit of an upset tummy. I’ve had no side effects up to now, so not sure what to do? Could I count clicks to reduce dose? I haven’t changed anything else eg diet.
I would love to hear from anyone who has experienced the same.

It could be due to your weight loss which increases insulin sensitivity leaving your dose feeling stronger.
I was on 15mg at bmi 25 9 months ago and I'm now on 4mg at bmi 22 and all the doses coming down have felt strong suppression and satiety and I struggled to get my calories in and lost a further stone coming down.
I'll be moving my dose even lower on Saturday to 3.75mg. Listen to your body, if it feels stronger and you can't get your calories in, then I'd count clicks and drop to 2mg maybe at first and take it from there.

It’s odd for nausea to suddenly appear after months of being fine, so I’d definitely mention the change to your prescriber. I wouldn’t use click-counting to alter the dose yourself, especially with the recent gaps between injections
