Extreme sickness following dose increase (Weygovy)

I’ve been on Weygovy for about three months with minimal side effects but waning suppression. I upped to 1mg and 2 weeks ago increased to 0.75 and then last Wednesday did the full 1mg. Well suffice to say I won’t be doing that again as since Saturday I have felt sick as a dog - really Nauseous, tummy cramps, unable to eat anything except a few mouthfuls of dry toast as anything else and I’m physically sick plus constant sulphur burps and diarrhoea.
Has anyone else experienced this after an increase? Please tell me it doesn’t go on for much longer. It’s really put me off dosing again, even on a smaller amount.

I'm afraid I had to stop Wegovy in the end because of this. I could not control, no matter what, the awful sickness and feeling dreadful.

Omg still feeling vile and had to take the day off work ffs. I’m done with Weygovy no way am I risking this again I feel awful. I didn’t have that much left to lose anyway (and certainly not after a week of early eating!)

Am so sorry to hear this I know how utterly ill I felt, literally it did not suit me even with perseverance and following all the advice about portions, food types, natural remedies etc etc. I went on it when Mounjaro became too expensive but now I have to manage without until, if ever, MJ reaches affordable levels again I hope you feel better soon

Thanks @LilyBunch25

I had this, some mornings I could barely do the school run! I persevered and I’m now on 7.5mg and feel absolutely fine (if not a little hungry still) if you decide to carry on the nausea won’t last forever.
