Wegovy injections or pills?

I cannot decide between the 2, any help?

I have at least 4 stone to lose, and finally decided to take the plunge now that my breastfeeding journey stopped a few months ago.

Price wise they seem pretty similar and I am concerned about the rising costs as you go on with it, however it will be manageable.

My partner was on mounjaro last year and had to stop due to horrific gastro issues, but shes always had trouble with reflux etc anyway! Besides pregnancy, I've never had heartburn.

Do the pills lessen the side effects due to being a daily dose? Has anyone tried both yet and have a preference?

Side effects are about the same according to the clinical trials. Which makes sense as they are the same medication and the aim is to get similar amounts of medication into your system.

personally I’d go for the injection, as it’s once a week and doesn’t have any other requirements for taking it. Plus it’s slightly more effective.
