Anyone used New Health Pharmacy?

Has anyone used New Health Pharmacy and can confirm they are good? I need to start my second month and I want to shop around so on monj I see they are the cheapest provider for the 2.5mg.
any opinion on them? I have already checked the GPhC register and they use registered pharmacies.

Haven't used them yet but planning to order next week after payday as they are cheapest at my dose too. The Trustpilot scores aren't the best but at this point in my journey (over a year on) I am willing to give it a go and see what happens.

i used them for my last pen. Ordered Friday lunchtime, they immediately asked for more info (basically why it had been over 30 days since my last prescription) and wanted pictures of the pen with the lid off, and the dates of my last three injections. Once answered, they approved it very quickly and it arrived on Tuesday.
all they sent though was the pen and needles. No sharps box (I didn’t need one) but more importantly no alcohol wipes which seems unusual!

Sounds good, I got a box of 100 alcohol wipes with my last order, along with a new sharps bin, goodness knows why, so I'm all good on that front! Just hope their offer is still running when I get paid Tues/Weds!

yeah I’m lucky that I have some spare wipes but I’ve used loads of different companies and every other one has sent wipes. I do feel like they should ask if you need a sharps box ( if there’s an option to add a note I always do this but there wasn’t with new health), but surely they are meant to encourage responsible usage which means you need wipes!

I ordered my 2nd jab today and I debated New Health, but I checked Trust pilot and its most recent reviews weren’t great, no alcohol wipes and very slow delivery. I’ve done my final jab tonight of this pen so need my new one to arrive this week.

so that put me off and I went with Farmeci as it was only a couple of quid more

I have used them and they were great.
I placed my order Wednesday and it was approved the same day. Sent out the Friday and arrived Saturday. There was an issue with delivery and their customer service team were amazing and sorted the problem very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Thanks all. I have ordered from them last night, being aware of negative reviews. I will just go to boots one day this week to buy the wipes.

I did end up ordering from New Health on Tuesday when I got paid, and I'm glad I did it promptly as the price has already gone up - I've saved my self a good £15 compared the the price today! Still waiting for it to be dispatched but there's no rush as I have a couple of pens in hand.

I ordered from them last Friday, delivered Tuesday. No problems with them. Answered questions quickly and they understood my ordering the pen size I needed after an enforced break.
