First time on Mounjaro I have been REALLY pissed 🥴

4 large wines, 4 vodka and cranberry, 4 baby Guinness shots (trying to keep up with sons friends 🫣) in the space og 5 hours.

Great night, lots of dancing, so much dancing, more dancing than I ever would have been able to do 2 years ago and 9st+ stone heavier.

Just now I am saying it was so worth it. 🥴🥴🫣

They were evenly spaced throughout the night. Cost me a bloody fortune 12 shots each time! £54 a go! But it was sooooo good.

I wanted them to try sambuca - slippery nipples - sambuca and baileys, but they were stuck on the baby Guinness. The bar ran out of baileys in the end and it was just tia maria shots. I dont even like coffee, but they are quite nice with baileys - taste chocately

if you’re nine stone lighter, and this is the drunkest you’ve been on the meds, there is a huge chance your liver has regenerated and the hangover won’t be so bad, more really tired and hopefully you ate 😀

Surprisingly and confusingly pretty ok this morning/afternoon........

2 years of almost no alcohol, previously wine would give me a stinking hangover so I had been drinking vodka instead, so I expected it to be hell this morning.

I have a bit of a fuzzy head, feel not quite 100%, sore throat (there was a bit of singing and shouting through loud music) but generally not bad. Just eaten a very late brunch.

Maybe it will hit me later! 🤣

I'm ok too really. Tired but that's as much about (several days of) crap sleep due to heat as booze. It's a bit cooler today and it's bliss.

I think I have been very lucky, so I don't intend to make it a regular occurrence! Think I'll put off taking injection until tomorrow, just in case!
