I'm at my goal weight, currently using Voy.

The Monj comparison chart shows I could save quite a bit by switching, but there are so many options and mixed reviews.

Who are you with for maintenance? I'd love to hear the good and the bad before I decide.

This might be helpful

I am with Swift Doctor who are absolutely fine, and they have always delivered next day. I have not actually had a formal maintenance video consult with them but if you do you then get a permanent £10 off each order which usually stacks with any other time limited discount.

Thanks @SilenceInside

I have the comparison table, and along with what I saw on other threads, it prompted me to look into moving once my Voy contract was up.

I've seen Swift Doctor on the comparison, and it's useful to know they've been reliable for you.

Reliability, good customer service and lower price than Voy is my aim.

I know people find Pharmulous to be decent too.

For anyone reading this stuck with Voy, you can get out of their contract for a £50 fee.

I didn't realise they were the most expensive when I signed up, and I saved more than £50 the first month just moving to whoever was cheapest on Monj.

I am also with Swift Doctor. I switched to them for maintenance and bought a couple of pens 6 weeks apart before having a 20 minute video maintenance consultation (£30) with their Dr (it felt a bit rude going on to ask for an order break without ordering from them a couple of times first!) Consultation was useful for -

  • Openly discussing journey/treatment so far, partial dosing, pen stock pile
  • Agreeing a break in ordering to use up some of the stock pile which would be noted in my file for when I reordered (will be a 5 month break from ordering)
  • Got confirmation from a Dr I was approaching maintenance ok
  • Got advice on how long future pens could be "in-use" for
  • £10 off all future orders

They were not judgemental of my past partial dosing as it was well considered and controlled, but wouldn't/couldn't advise partial dosing/click counting going forward so any future prescribing would reflect that. Their reasons for that were a bit dubious, but seems to be pretty standard across most pharmacies so I didn't push.

The 20 minutes go really fast so if anyone is having a consultation I would advise to have a summary of your weight loss/treatment noted down to quickly run through and then the questions you want to get in so you don't forget anything. I didn't feel rushed, but the time did fly by.

Overall happy with them.

I’m with Swift Dr and would highly recommend them. They are really great at answering any queries I have over email. Whoever mans the email account is very sweet and helpful and responds straight away. It makes you feel like you’re getting a very personal service. The fact they are one of the cheapest and most flexible is the icing on the cake.

Thanks everyone. I've moved to Swift Doctor. The switch was much easier than anticipated.

Do you need to do the video call with swift? I am considering them but really don’t want to get involved with any pharmacy that requires this as routine.
