Has anyone with "classic" PCOS (no natural periods) had their cycle return on Mounjaro?

I'd love to hear from anyone in a similar situation.
Im 38 and have fairly typical PCOS symptoms - excess hair growth, insulin resistance and, most importantly, virtually no natural periods. Before Mounjaro I hadn't had a natural period for years and would only bleed if I took Provera or norethisterone to induce a withdrawal bleed.
I started Mounjaro in January:
4 weeks on 2.5 mg
8 weeks on 5 mg
I've been on 7.5 mg since mid-April
I've now lost around 15 kg, my appetite suppression is still really good, I'm still consistently losing around 0.7 kg a week overall, and I don't feel like the medication has stopped working.
The interesting thing is that I had what seemed to be a natural period at the beginning of March, which was amazing because I hadn't had one for years. Since then though... absolutely nothing.
I'm not trying to conceive, so this isn't a fertility question. I'm just hoping that, over time, Mounjaro might help my cycles return naturally.
For anyone else who didn't have natural periods at all before Mounjaro:
How long did it take for your periods to return?
Did they come back while you were still losing weight, or only after you'd lost quite a bit?
What dose were you on when they came back (2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg etc.)?
Did anything else seem to help?
I'm also wondering whether to stay on 7.5 mg for longer because my appetite suppression is still good, or whether anyone found that moving up to 10 mg made a difference to their cycles.
I'd really appreciate hearing other people's experiences. Thanks! 😊

Inositol was my wonder drug, I was having 60+ days between periods and now for the past 3 years they are like clockwork every 29 days. Have a google.

Not PCOS, but I’d not have periods for another reason and they occasionally returned (very light and only for a couple of months at a time then disappeared again) on Mounjaro.
