Anyone else experiencing dispatch delays with MedExpress weight loss injections?

Hi is anyone having postage delays with medexpress? I've been with then for ages with no issues at all. The pen I've ordered was approved on 1st July and they still haven't posted! They keep fobbing me off with various excuses...anyone else having the same issue?

I ordered 5mg pen from MedExpress at 6pm on 1st July, it was approved same day and delivered on Friday 3rd.

Sorry OP, mine have always been very quick turn arounds, I ordered a pen (15mg) on Friday 3rd July and it arrived on Sunday 5th.

Ohhh - why is mine being so funny!! I've honestly never had issues with them before...so far they have blamed a heatwave, some excuse about stock I think they are just making it up!

I ordered last Wednesday- still don’t have it. Their chat system and complaints system are useless. I’m going to switch after this (been with them for ages). Just need to find someone happy to take me on as a maintenance user.

Same, the lack of communication and information, plus the complete inability to speak to anyone has really annoyed me.

They have finally posted so hopefully i get it tomorrow!!
