Wegovy not helping much: increase dose or switch back to Mounjaro?

Would appreciate any advice:
Desperate to lose weight…been on 2.5 Wegovy for 6 weeks. Moved to 0.5 2 weeks. No change in weight loss, slight reduction in food noise but much. While I do feel full, I still find myself drawn to junk, poor food choices etc-this is my error, but also part of the problem.
Was on Mounjaro last year, it was so easy, lost 2 stone without really trying.
Decided to go back to jabs as I know I didn’t embed the habits I needed to last year, and wanted to try again.
Do I up with Wegovy or stop completely and move to Mounjaro. I’m conscious of the potentially high cost of MJ but equally endless purchases of WG without making any changes isn’t money well spent either.
The first 6 weeks of 0.25 were due to missing a week, so I felt I needed to extend that starting point.

When I was on MJ, I never went above 0.5 and it was so easy.
Do I just need to increase the Wegovy or cut my losses and move on?
Thanks.

I did similar - started on mounjaro but switched to save money. However, never felt any benefit from Wegovy as I went up the doses. So I have switched back to mounjaro. The first time I used mounjaro I could feel a difference from the start and lost weight from week one. This time I had to get up to 7.5 for it to work for me.

I do feel frustrated that I didn't just stay on mounjaro but it's all very well saying that with the benefit of hindsight.
