Weight loss on mounjaro

I’ve been on mounjaro for 12 weeks now and lost 1.5 stone. However it all seems to have come off my arms and neck. I know the paper towel effect but would really like some of the tummy to shift. Has anyone else experienced this?

I think how much you have to lose makes a difference.
I've lost just over 2 stone since starting in March. Mostly from my face and neck and also bottom half. I feel like none has gone from my top half! People have definitely begun to notice and comment. I have another 5 stone to lose ideally.

Hmmm, I would say another stone - I’m short - 1.5 stone max. Also loosing boob volume.

My belly is the last thing to go down. It drives me mad! Just keep going, you’ll get there.

Post Menopause so my body is against me!

Losing boob volume, autocorrect is against me as well.

How is your sleep and your stress level? I think there’s some evidence, not sure how strong, that poor sleep and high stress can cause you to store (or keep) fat around your middle. At least it can’t hurt to sleep more and de stress, if that’s relevant to you and possible to change.

Sleep is actually rather good after years of sleeping very poorly. Stress not so good, post divorce and work for NHS Grin

That's a pretty fast loss. Do you feel ok with it?
