Post-menopausal bleeding while on Mounjaro and HRT, anyone else experienced this?

I am 61 yrs old and on MJ for 3 months.Prior to that ,Wegovy for a couple of yrs. Lost 2 stone ovreall and BMI is 25. I am on HRT also. Anyway today I got a period /bleeding. Made GP appointment obviously. Anyone else experience post menopausal bleed after taking jab? Haven't had period for 10 yrs so very anxious about outcome.

if you have oral HRT (progesterone) it can impact the absorption. Your provider should have told you this when you told them you were on HRT

Came to say this. My MJ provider has told me to double the (oral) progesterone so that the womb is still shielded from the (topical) oestrogen .

Yes. It was a real pain to get that back. Your Dr will refer you to check that there is nothing else behind it and you should be referred on the 2 week pathway for a vaginal ultrasound.
