Anyone else having delivery delays with Mounjaro from Lotus?

Is anyone having problems with delivery of Mounjaro from Lotus? They've always been really quick at delivering but it's been over a week and support email is saying it's a Royal Mail issue. I think something has gone wrong with the order but they keep assuring me it's on its way - but it's not! Thanks

If it’s over a week I’m not sure the Mounjaro would still be viable.The pens need to be refrigerated and should be posted with coolants but they only last a limited time, certainly not a week or more. You need to get them to send you a replacement.

Just wanted to say that the email this morning gave a tracking number for Royal Mail and it arrived this afternoon. They have been so good in the past few months that it felt unfair to leave the post without updating! Although I've been waiting a week, the medication has only been in transit since last night/this morning. Thank you Lotus.

My order was approved and ready for dispatch Thursday morning but I only got notification today (Saturday) that it should be collected by Royal Mail today. That was hours ago and still nothing showing on RM tracking so I assume it hasn't been picked up yet and probably won't be now until Monday, anticipating a Tuesday delivery now. I think it's probably a Royal Mail issue, as it was very quick with my last prescription.

Lotus emailed customers this week to advise of delays with Royal Mail but it seems they are also staggering despatches to reduce delays in transit in the hot weather. Just placed my order today so will see how long it takes…

I used Lotus this time, ordered Thurs, got the email about delays due to RM then it arrived Saturday.

My order just arrived, timing as expected. Order placed Saturday, approved over the weekend, dispatched yesterday, delivers this morning.

i am however missing needles/wipes so have messaged customer services. Not an immediate issue as I do have stock of pens, needles and wipes.

Mine actually turned up on Saturday, faster than expected, as I only got the notification Saturday morning that it was with Royal Mail. I have to say, I'm impressed with Lotus generally, I would recommend them!

I'm so glad to hear all these positive things about them. In hindsight, I was over reacting thinking something had gone wrong when they were emailing regularly, updated as soon as it was collected by Royal Mail and then a few hours later, parcel arrived. Very impressed with them.
