I've been taking mounjaro since January 25, and ordering from medicine marketplace monthly since September 25.

Tried to place my usual order earlier, and got an email back saying 'After reviewing the information provided, we regret to inform you that your current weight does not fall within the criteria required to initiate treatment'

But i'm not initiating treatment, I'm in maintenance!
I have emailed them back asking them to check again, but while I wait for a reply, thought I'd ask if it had happened to anyone else.

And if they still come back and say no, who are you all using for maintenance? My BMI is now 22.5.

I joined pharmalous at 21.5 for 10mg and they were fine. Had 4 from them now.. . But I think market place will be ok, once they realise you are already a customer and in maintence. Must me a mix up somewhere.

Thanks @morbidcuriosity I'm hoping that's the case, but to save me panicking I wanted to make sure I have other options.
Good to know pharmulous accepted you, I have all my order history and everything if they want proof.

You could look at some of the more maintenance friendly pharmacies. There's a list here https://monj.co.uk/mounjaro-maintenance-pharmacies/
MM aren't on it so maybe it is just that they're not keen on doing maintenance patients. Short sighted since there will be a lot of patients on maintenance by now but you will be able to get your prescriptions.

I joined Swift dr with a BMI of 22 and after a break from MJ for 6 months. I don’t think they are necessarily the cheapest but so easy and quick considering. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it.

Thank you both.

I did have a look at monj, but the website has changed a lot since I last used it, and it's not the best to look at on my phone!

Good to know swift accepted you with a low BMI.
Obviously price is important, but i can manage a slightly higher price if it means I'm not just stopping suddenly with no warning!

Oushk, pharmulous and swift Dr are popular maintenance friendly pharmacies.
I joined oushk in Jan 25 in the aim to join their maintenance plan as they were the only one supporting maintenance back then, since then others support maintenance so there is a lot more choice. Oushk give £25 off each pen and support bmi down to 19, I'm bmi 22 currently.
