I want a smaller bra!

Hi all i've been on MJ since March and have gone from 13 st to 11 st 2.

However I can see in my face that I have lost weight but I am not sure I can feel much of a difference in my clothes?

The biggest thing is my bra. I have big boobs always have had, but there doesn't seem to be any difference in band size or cup size. I was expecting a less industrial bra at this point but no dice!

Anyone else had this? Will I never see a reduction around the middle or bra size?

I haven't seen much of a waist reduction with a similar loss over a similar period. I haven't gone down a bra size either although my bras are looser at the top, so I may have reduced a cup size .

Mine were the last to shrink, but shrink they did, and It’s awesome.

I would like smaller boobs, I am at the age now of the matronly nork and I thought one nice side effect of losing weight would make them more manageable. But a 38 band I was and a 38 band I remain! Also have no waist but I suppose that will be when I get another stone down

Almost the last thing to go on me. At 11 stone I was 34J, at ten stone 32J. At 9 stone 32H. Only at 7 stone 7 did I finally get to 28F. They are really small now, almost no volume and the excess skin has shrunk back too.

Oh drat, I was really hoping for a swift reduction of my matronly shelf too!

They grew from 32C to 36F as I put on the extra 3 stone that I’m now trying to lose, and they’re such a pain to dress and carry around all day.

I lost all my boobs first! We’re all so different.

I've just been for a breast reduction consultation. I'm in a similar situation: lost lots of weight but still have comedy boobs. The surgeon said that my breasts were very glandular rather than being mostly fat which is why they aren't getting much smaller. You are probably similar.

Generally it seems that people who are not that well endowed lose weight off their chest first and those that are lose it last. I'm guessing just some sort of genetic predisposition to where you store fat

I went from 34DD to a 32-absolutely nothing!

I think there's definitely something in that. They have always been big even when I was young and a size 8. I would love a small pair without the architecture that goes into my bras...I have lost weight on my face and now also have legs like twigs 😂

Still, can't complain, blood pressure down and feel so much better overall. I think I can put up with the giant bosoms for that!

Mine didn’t shrink for the longest time, then suddenly I was down 2 band sizes. I kept the same cup size at the new band size, but it was still a big drop.

Around the same time I had to purge my closet. I kept putting on clothing and it was just hanging off of me or even falling off.

I still have a ton of weight to lose, but the body reshape did happen. I don’t know if it was actually gradually happening and I was just used to seeing myself a certain way or if things did indeed shift magically. I think maybe a bit of both.

I’ve lost 7 stone and although I have gone down from a G to a DD cup, I’ve only gone down from a 38 back to a 36. Most disappointing. Especially considering I’ve gone from a size 18/20 to a 8/10. Baffling really.

I have only dropped to 32 G down from 36GG in the last few weeks. I think if you're large up top and middle and always have been ( thinking Trinny & Susannah goblet shape) then it's belly and boobs that shift last . I'm approaching target.

I’ve always had a fair cup size as an adult (C/D) but always a 32 band until the weight gain. I wonder how it will pan out for me! 🤞

Ive been wearing a stretchy bra and had myself measured properly last week. My bra size hasn't actually changed from the one I was wearing but Im pretty sure I was wearing the wrong size previously since I am definitely smaller. Are you sure that you were in the correct size previously.

@kelta I haven't been measured for so long I think it's cos my bras all still fit as normal that I haven't thought to go and do it. Where did you go and get measured?

I was measured in December by Bravissimo and was a 38H. Started Mounjaro in January. Got measured again yesterday and I’m a 32H. So no change in cup size. Wish I could lose my belly though
