Which needles do I need for a Mounjaro KwikPen?

Annoyingly my current 5mg Monjaro Kwik pen has been a bit problematic priming. Ive had to use 2 needles 2 weeks running to prime. Im now running low on needles.

I have been in touch with my supplier Med Express but they wont provide spares or even let me order them and said to go and buy them at a pharmacy. They say I need ISO 11608-2

Ive googled the above product code but have a choice of 2,4,6 mm kwik pen needles and have no idea what to order.

Can anyone advise please? Also recommendations for where to order from would be good too.

The typical ones sent out with pens are 4mm length and 32g width. You can order them from online medical suppliers like UK Medi eg

These are also 4mm 32g and are cheaper.

I took my pen away last week without needles. I took the pen into Boots to prove I had one and the pharmacist gave me half a dozen needles and didn’t even charge. Not sure if I was just lucky there!
