I have been on ozempic for about 18 months. I initially lost 2 stone in the first year but have put on about half a stone this year. Im on full 2ml dose.
I have the opportunity to change WLI - should I?

If there’s no issue around cost then yes I would switch to Mounjaro.

There is a 7.2mg dose of Wegovy available in the UK, which is specifically intended for people on the 2.4mg dose but not losing weight.

Thank you.
Im in north America and both are bloody expensive here! I definitely feel like im wasting my money with ozempic now so gotta be worth trying a change.

I was in a similar position. Wegovy helped me build healthier habits and lose weight initially, but after a while my progress slowed and I felt like I needed a different approach. Switching to MJ worked well for me personally, particularly with appetite control, although everyone's experience is different. It's definitely worth discussing the option with your provider.
