Pen box open on delivery. WWYD?

I first started taking MJ about two years ago and have been back on it for the past few months. I have used MedExpress pretty much the entire time as, whilst they’re not always the cheapest, delivery has been reliable and quick.
I have just opened today’s delivery which had been left on the doorstep about an hour before I got home. The brown cardboard outer packaging was sealed. The plastic bag containing the ice packs, wool pack and pen box was sealed. However, the pen box itself was open. Hopefully the photo has uploaded and you’ll see the pen box - I haven’t opened that, it was already open along the perforation lines. So whilst I don’t think it could have been tampered with during delivery, there’s a risk that it was tampered with or a fake pen or something inserted before it was put in the plastic packaging. I think it’s more likely that it has jostled against the ice packs in the plastic pack and popped open but am I minimising this? Would you use it or report it to MedExpress and ask for a replacement? For now, I’ve put it in the fridge.

Most of mine have been squished open. The perforated bit.. the ice packs get put in solid so they are hard and the box is pretty flimsy. .
It will be fine.

My last pen arrived with the perforations on the box broken. It's fine, it's working perfectly well with the usual amount of suppression. I'd say yours has just been jiggled around a bit in transit. Boxes get thrown around a lot by the couriers.

Happens regularly with mine, combination of dampness from the icepacks and being squished/bumped around.

At least half of mine have arrived open over the last 2 years. The ice packs are heavy and the perforation on the boxes a weak point.

Thanks for the reassurance! Yes, I could see how it could easily happen but I don’t recall it having happened before and didn’t want to look back and think “oh, that was a bit daft”
