Is this a delayed reaction or am I just unwell?

Background: Been on MJ since October, injecting on a Monday, never going above 5mg and lost 3 stone. Now just looking to maintain as very happy with weight. Hardly any side affects at all during this time, rare sulphur burps and an upset stomach very occasionally.

Monday last week, injected as normal. No issue, side affects etc. Friday last week had chip shop chips at lunch, which I’ve done plenty of time before with no issue. By 10pm
Friday I cannot stay off the toilet, up all night with diarrhoea which eventually passes about 11am Saturday morning. Also have sulphur burps. Saturday afternoon I suddenly come over all faint and realise I’m about to vomit, fortunately made it to the bathroom in time. Feel delicate for the rest of the weekend with occasional diarrhoea and associated pains and stomach noises.

By yesterday afternoon the pain passes and I finally feel ok, managed all day at work without needing to be near a toilet. Decided not to take my usual Monday MJ. In the evening I had a jacket potato and baked beans for tea, again all fine. 2:40am I’m up with explosive diarrhoea again and sulphur burps with my stomach gurgling like nothing I’ve heard before.

Would you suggest this is MJ linked or do I likely have a D&V bug? The last time I took MJ was 25th of May. Thank you for reading.

Impossible to know for certain but could it be an indicator of gallbladder issues? (Not a doctor so could be completely wrong)

I wouldn’t eat chip shop chips myself (unless nicking a couple from DS), because fatty greasy foods definitely make me feel ill on MJ.

Did you have butter on your jacket potato? If so, it could be the high fat content of the butter?
