Has anyone found Mounjaro less effective when restarting after a break?

Hi I've just restarted mounjaro after a five month gap, I titrated down and came off completely in January due to the cost, and I've already put a stone back on! I took my first 2.5mg Sunday but have not felt any suppression yet which was almost instant first time around. Really hoping to be successful this time just wondering if anyone can share experience of restarting

I've read that most people need to get back up to at least the dose they were on before stopping before feeling the effects.

I restarted Mounjaro after a break too and the suppression definitely felt slower the second time, but it still worked for my weight loss once I got back into the routine. I’m using a medically supervised programme now which made me feel a lot more comfortable restarting, plus it’s been more affordable for me this time around 🙂

I started on wegovy after a break from mounjaro and it’s done nothing for 3 months. Such a waste of money. I’m on 0.5 now so maybe the next step up? Otherwise I’m giving up.

I’ve only ever used it for one month at the lowest dose so my experience may not be very useful.
i also found suppression from day 1 first time around.
i went back on after i think six or seven months - two weeks and nothing except a (perhaps placebo) craving for sugar. I gave up!

I gave up on MJ because of the cost (had lost 4.5 stone) - went on We Govy which had zero effect and I have put on 2 stone now :(

Back up to 7.5mg of MJ and only now starting to feel even slight suppression, even though the weight loss last time was right from the word go.
