Anyone found migraine medication less effective since starting Wegovy?

Evening, is anyone on Wegovy also taking Sumatriptan for migraines? I am struggling with the sumatriptan not working as well as it used to. I don’t know if it is the Wegovy or peri meno (I am 51 for reference). I’d be interested to chat with anyone in a similar situation. I’ve been on Wegovy for approx 8 weeks now.

I’m 60yrs, on MJ and take a Triptan for my migraines but I have to say, they’re are far more infrequent since taking MJ.

I used to take Sumatriptan years ago (migraines started in my early 30’s) but found it becoming less effective and tried a few other brands over the years and now take Almogran for my migraines. Have been using this brand for over 7yrs now and it’s still effective for me.

When i was on it, it just became less effective over time even going up to the higher dose. I've been on zolmitriptan for years now with no issues.
ETA I was on mounjaro not wegovy though.

I'm on Wegovy and take Zolmatriptan. It's still effective, I think my limbs get heavier though
