Has anyone started Wegovy after coming off Mounjaro a while ago?

Just that really.

Came off MJ in December after losing 29kg. Have since put 14kg back on.

Can't afford to go back on MJ, but could make Wegovy work. I've seen threads from people who switch directly from one to the other, but haven't seen much about people who had a break in between. Any stories?

I was on Mounjaro June-Dec 2025. Lost two stone and have put one on. I started wegovy 2 days ago. Sorry, cant tell whether it’s as affective. What I will
say is that I had crazy sulphur burps and diarrhoea for two days after mounjaro
but not had any of that

I started wegovy after a year of mounjaro and a two month break in between. I started to put weight back on but couldn't afford to go back on mounjaro.

Its been effective in that i have not put weight on since starting wegovy, but i have not lost any either. I'm on 1mg of wegovy and will go up next month. The suppression is not as strong as when i was on mounjaro, but then neither are the few side effects i had either.
