Can I ask those in maintenance, what dose are you maintaining on?

I’d like to be maintaining on 2.5 a week but it’s probably closer to 10. I tend to vary it according to how I’m feeling but generally it’s 7.5 most weeks I suppose

So those on Mounjaro - what are you maintaining on?

MedExpress are notorious for this. There are lots of maintenance friendly pharmacies. Pharmulous, Nulife, Cloud and Oushk are some of them. Monj.co.uk has a section on them.

The highest dose I reached in weightloss was 7.5mg. I’ve been maintaining for about 5 months on 5mg microdosed from a 10mg pen. I was with Oushk but I’m not very impressed with them changing their mind about a previously agreed dosing schedule so I’ve switched to WePrescribe.

My plan is to titrate down very slowly at this point as on 5mg my weight is completely static without any effort on my part and part of me thinks I need to stop letting the MJ do the heavy lifting and take some responsibility myself. Ask me again in a year and I’ll probably still be on 5mg though

Just change pharmacy, no need to stay with a crap one.

Hi all, lovely reading all your fantastic weight loss stories. I lost 3st 4lb in 6 months and I’m now 9st 4.

I use Juniper (not the most cost effective, but I’m happy) they have suggested a maintenance dose of 5mg every 10 days. I think I’d rather lower the dose and stick to weekly. Any advice on ‘counting the clicks’? Has anyone dropped to to say 3.5?

I should add, I did 2.5mg for a month and have been on 5mg since.

Swift will allow 7 weeks between pens so that helps

Medicine Marketplace offer maintenance, even for switching patients, you just need to provide your evidence of previous prescriptions.

Max. time between orders is 7 weeks for them.

I’ve been maintaining on 3.75 since November. I count 45 clicks from a 5mg pen.

1.25mg every week for me. I never went above 5mg and did most of my journey on 3.75mg. I’ve titrated down to this and been maintaining since September. Hoping to space out my dosing a bit over the next few months and then will try stopping in September but very low threshold for going back on if I start to gain.
