I signed up for mounjaro last night via My London Pharmacy.
I uploaded my ID but wasn’t it a position to take a video in tight clothing. It said I also need to talk on it, saying my name and the date? I guess this is to avoid people abusing the system??
Anyway, the window on the order has refreshed and I can’t find where to add a video to push the order through for approval. It’s still just sitting at order received status with no way to edit or add anything. Will they email me prompting me to submit the video or will I need to contact them directly?
