Wegovy - stick at 0.5 or go back down?

Ii would love your advice as I haven’t no one to talk to in real life about this! i’ve done 8 weeks / 2 pens of wegovy 0.25 and found side effects manageable - mainly constipation, which I had before anyway.

I’ve lost almost a stone so far, and I have another to lose. Starting bmi was 27, so I don’t have tons of weight to lose but I carry it all around my middle, massive tummy after 3 kids etc etc. previous dieting attempts all failed. So I’m keen to stick with it.

so I went up to 0.5, I’ve done 2 doses. Perhaps I was naive but I was surprised that the side effects could be so grim! I’ve had middle of the night diarrhoea & vomiting on days 2/3 after injecting. Generally more headaches, some nausea. Bloody awful acids reflux. It’s like being pregnant! My threshold for side effects is low due to aforementioned 3 kids 😂 and also recently starting back at work.

what would you do… try another dose (due tomorrow) of 0.5 and see how it goes? Count clicks for a smaller dose? Should I go back to 0.25 and try and try and push on with a lower suppresion? Or will it not work as well?

I'm on MJ not wegovy but I wouldn't continue at that level with such bad side effects. I would click count and go back down.

I would say same.
Also on Mj not Wegovy but the same principle applies.
