Is it possible to have a faulty pen?

Just done my second 0.5 Wegovy injection (via Voy). Looking at the pen, it seems to have only one dose left. I can't have used too much. Is it possible to get a faulty/underfilled pen?

Just packed it all away and we are travelling all day. The grey mechanism is showing in the window though

That’s normal, I thought? It moves down as you do each dose. There’s presumably still liquid visible in front of it? But I guess you can’t check it right now.
