Sore throat a few days after 2.5 weight loss injection, anyone else?

Hi everyone,

I have been on 2.5 for 4 weeks - minor side effects but nothing too bad. One thing I am noticing is a couple of days following injecting I am getting a slight sore throat - has anyone else experienced this?

Is it every week? Do you have acid reflux or maybe silent reflux is irritating your throat.

Perhaps try smaller more frequent meals. My reflux (I've had it before Mounjaro, but Mounjaro slowing transit can cause reflux symptoms) flares up of I leave too long between meal, or eat too much, or eat certain foods (tomatoes, chocolate, greek yoghurt are some of my worst triggers).

Not a sore throat as such, but a dry one..& increased thirst.

I don’t think it’s a cold because it only happens after I’ve injected. I guess it could be reflux I used to get to a lot when pregnant. It’s interesting about tomatoes as I have actually eaten them today! I’ll keep an eye on it
