Cancelled order with My London Pharmacy

But they have still sent the pen.
Their phone line says they’re closed until Monday.
What do I do?
Has this happened to you? Will they send a courier to collect it ?

Cancelled because I found a better deal elsewhere. They had emailed me to say they had authorised my refund. Why did they send it?!

Have just put it in the fridge.

The other pharmacy I did order from have said they have delivered too - but they haven’t! 🙄

Is it possible that they could actually be the same pharmacy?

They won’t want the pen back, they couldn’t do anything with it other than throw it away.

I really want to jab tonight, but the pen i have is from MLP who have said they’d cancelled and started the refund process.

The other one is nowhere to be seen. Despite saying it’s been delivered.
