Decided to take plunge after 2 and half years and come of the jabs. Oil central heating bill going through the roof so got to find an extra £100 a month and this us the only cut back I can make. Anyway has anyone got experience /advice on how to keep weight off ? Current BMI is 23.5. Vegetarian and not a drinker. Reasonably physical job ( full time primary teacher) and 60 years old. TIA.

There are maintainance threads but broadly
eat mostly wholefoods
limit carbs to around 150g a day
aim to eat circa 120g protein a day
build both cardio and weight training exercise into your week
weigh yourself weekly

Isn't it getting warmer now? so heating not needed.
But yes.. I would come of the jabs if you can maintain without them as they are so expensive now. Even more so when the golden dose goes.
I don't think I would have started MJ with the price hikes. I started back in Aug 24
