NI MJ users - have the pens changed yet?

Hi all

I'm in ROI and have just found out I can order from a pharmacy in the North and they will deliver to me. It's going to save me about €250 per month ... (wish I'd found out 6 months ago!)

But can anyone tell me if the pens have been changed yet to lose the extra dose/golden dose, as that will impact the saving?
