Ad hoc MJ purchase at maintenance

Hi, I was taking Mounjaro 2.5 mg. I titrated down and microdosing to maintain. I came off for a few months, but I’m finding it hard with the food noise, so I’d like to go back on at a microdose. I don’t want to have to order a pen every month or even every eight weeks like I was doing with Chequp (after 8 weeks they cut you off)

Are there any maintenance pharmacies that will let you buy a pen as and when you want one, if you can provide evidence that you’ve been on it? Is that even a thing? Thanks

If you go on a maintenance plan like with oushk ( flexi plan £15 a month unlimited), swift Dr or pharmulous (12 months max) you can order as and when you like on their maintenance plans.

I registered with a local pharmacy as I am almost at target and currently get 6 doses from my pen. Ideally I will reduce down and extend the days between doses which I discussed with the pharmacist at my last appt and he supports this as a sensible option. You may find this option beneficial as more local pharmacies are offering the service now.
