Where are my yogurts?!

I can’t believe I’m starting a post just to ask this but this is the best place I can think of to ask. Where are my favourite gym kitchen salted caramel yogurts? They have been my go to snack and absolute favourite since starting Mounjaro - only that brand and flavour with berries stirred in. They helped when I was queasy or when I knew I needed some extra cals/protein were an easy thing to grab. they’ve just vanished from both my local supermarkets and online Tesco in the last fortnight. I ate so many they were in my Tesco clubcard round up of the year! Please someone tell me they are still to be found? And where!

Maybe e mail gym kitchen marketing directly? They may be changing packaging, if you can't find them, muller do salted caramel protein mousse and it's delicious.

They've got them in my Asda!

morbidcuriosity · 10/02/2026 17:28

think I've had them before from Morrisons

Stasis26 · 10/02/2026 17:46

Thanks all. If I can’t see them soon I will try contacting them, they don’t taste at all like salted caramel that’s the thing! But so good. Like having strawberries and double cream but better for the healthy eating plan! So far disappeared from my Morrisons and Tesco - need to go to Asda next buy it’s further away.

Crisis averted. The Morrisons own brand one I got in desperation today is so similar I suspect it’s the same product with a different label. And cheaper. Updating in case anyone else can’t find them. Thanks for the suggestions. Never thought I would be someone who cared this much about yogurt 😂. I am sure I tried own brand ones last spring and they were not as good but all these ranges are improving rapidly.

The first rule of liking the muller salted caramel protein mousse is not talking about them. 🙊

Edinburghdays · 10/02/2026 19:50

Ha ha, @JabbaJibba ,since starting mj, over a year ago, the 'secret' foods has been so funny.
Up to now mine are:
INPO
Aforementioned salted caramel mousse
Fage 5%
Deliciously Ella chocolate coated almonds,
frozen chocolate covered cherries /raspberries from ocado but asda do the raspberries now
Fuel chocolate protein oat muffin
Skinny vanilla coffee syrup from b and m, the tiny one, delicious on fage
The protein mousse white chocolate and raspberry mousse from aldi, but they only do it in the summer
Shshhhhh🤫

Stasis26 · 10/02/2026 20:00

Surely it’s better if we talk about them as popularity will reduce chances of them being discontinued?! I saw the salted caramel mousse earlier will try that too when I go back for all my yogurts!

They’re full of fillers and other UPF ingredients so it might be a good thing to swap to Greek yoghurt?

Edinburghdays · 10/02/2026 20:12

@Stasis26 I agree! But I've found a completely weird narrative around mj as a whole, like a gatekeeping type of mentality, it's like a secret club, of what to eat and when, where to shop, where to jab, where to buy your meds, how to hack the system to save money etc. How to use the extra dose, never really thought about any of this when I started😂

I have no doubt you are right but my faves taste lovely, UPF fillers and all, and are a whole lot better for me than the crap I was bingeing on a year ago. I’m enjoying and sticking to it, 4 stone lighter and all sorts of health improvements, so will continue. Greek yogurt is fine and I’m glad you enjoy it, but doesn’t bring me the same enjoyment - I needed to find substitutes that work for me and these are that.

@Edinburghdays😂 I know what you mean, it’s like mj life becomes a new obsession when the food noise dies away! Learning all the tips and tricks and sharing how to make it work.

I can never find them (at a price I'm willing to pay!) the chocolate ones always seem to be available but they're not on the same level!!

I don’t like that one or the blueberry muffin. Only the salted caramel that doesn’t really taste anything like salted caramel!
