I’m currently titrating down after losing 3 stone and am on 2.5mg of Mounjaro. I’m logging calories on MFP but can feel the low blood sugar hunger returning and it’s hard to keep it at bay. I’ve gained a couple of pounds which has annoyed me! I’m a runner so am hoping it’s muscle but am terrified of regaining the weight I’ve lost.
I’ve just read about Berberine being effective at keeping blood sugar levels low and therefore reducing hunger. Has anyone tried using it? Does it work?
